Unless we expressly provide otherwise, all Transactions, all Products and your use of such Products are subject to these Terms & Conditions, which shall apply regardless of how you access the Site (including through the Internet, through Wireless Access Protocol (commonly referred to as ‘WAP’), through a mobile network, or otherwise).
Accessing our Site
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All rights for our products made available to you through this Site are owned by us. All products purchased or accessed through the Site are solely for your personal, noncommercial use only.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock;
- Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment; or
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Your initiation of a Transaction represents an offer to us to make a purchase, which offer is accepted by us only when you receive confirmation from us in respect of such Transaction. We may reject or cancel any Transaction for any reason prior to our acceptance of such Transaction.
Except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise, all sales through the Site are final, and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable, except as otherwise expressly set forth in these Transaction Terms. We may automatically process charges against your selected payment method on the receipt page. We will inform you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional or different information is required to accept your order.
Payment for any and all of our online products may be processed via our online merchant or via PayPal. Please note, this online merchant is located in Australia.
Product delivery is on the terms set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and incorporated into these Conditions.
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, we reserve the right to change Product delivery options without notice. On occasion, technical and other problems may delay or prevent delivery of a particular Product. Except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise, your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to any Product that is not delivered within a reasonable period will be either replacement of such Product or a refund of the purchase price paid for such Product, as determined by us in our sole discretion. If we anticipate a delay in delivering a Product to you, we will seek to notify you by email of the estimated delivery date(s), and we will give you the option to continue with your order or request a full refund.
Non receipt of item/parcel due to Australia Post
From time to time, external factors within the Australia Post delivery network can create delays with shipping. Generally if after 3 business days (for Domestic Express Post orders) you have still not received your parcel we will contact Australia Post to open an investigation. This process can take up to 7 business days and involves Australia Post contacting their Parcel Distribution Centre and the driver who was allocated delivery of your package. If your parcel has still not been delivered by the end of this process we will be more than happy to re-ship your item/s or refund your order. Please note this does not apply to orders where the address has been submitted incorrectly at the point of checkout.
We thank you in advance for your understanding. Once the parcel is with Australia Post network we do require time to both open and complete an investigation and wait for any potential delays within the network to be resolved. We will always work to resolve a lost parcel enquiry within 10 business days once the enquiry has been brought to our attention.
Cancelling Your Purchase (Refunds)
Information on cancelling your purchase is on the terms set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy and incorporated into these Conditions.
You have a right to request a refund for your purchase of Product(s) from the Site within ten (10) days of the date on which you received such Product(s) and receive a refund as set out below. To exercise your right to a refund, you will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept exchanges in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed and received within ten (10) days of your initial request for a refund. All products requiring a refund are required to be sent to the address specified below. No refunds or exchanges are available on custom orders unless the products are deemed faulty.

In the event that we do not receive your returned Product(s) within thirty (30) days of the latter of (i) the date you notified us of your return and (ii) the date you received your Product(s), the deemed date of receipt will be the date of the post-mark on the packaging of your returned Product(s). We will not be responsible for the costs of such return.
Defective (Faulty) Products
Occasionally, technical problems, human error or damage during delivery may cause defect to a purchased Product. In the event that you receive a physically defected Product, we recommend that you contact us at email@example.com. Provided that you return such physically defected Product to us, we will provide you with a full refund.
We will not be liable to you for failures, defects or delays in delivery caused by:
- Your provision of incorrect or outdated information;
- Your mailbox being full;
- Your failure to comply with instructions for use of the Site; or
- Any event which is outside of our reasonable control.
Changes to the Acceptable Use Policy
We may revise this acceptable use policy at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from at point of every sale through our checkout to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in this acceptable use policy may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
