The following policies are to ensure that your shopping experience with Gentleman & Scholar Apparel is fair and proper. Return and Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange or refund merchandise if you notify us within ten (10) days of the product’s delivery date (excluding custom-made items). The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have all tags attached and intact. Custom-made order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. If you want to claim that products you have purchased are faulty you must do so within 10 days from the date you received the merchandise from Gentleman & Scholar Apparel. If your product is deemed damaged or faulty we will offer you a repair, exchange or a refund as appropriate.
The Nature and Care of Merchandise
General wear and tear, damage or colour changes that occur with wear or improper storage will be your responsibility, not the fault of Gentleman & Scholar Apparel. Please follow the care instructions mention on the item’s page within the online store and if you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your request for a refund is granted, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of the day you have given notice. We will refund the price of the goods in full. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning any item(s) to us unless faulty, it is your responsibility to ensure that reasonable care is taken and the goods and any packaging are sent back to us in the condition in which they were received. If not, you may not be entitled to your full refund. We will refund any money received from you using the same method as originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Should you request a refund outside of the ten (10) calendar day window or fail to comply with the policies above you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange and will need to pay for any additional shipping should you wish us to return the original items.
